  The major change in this version compared to the published version (2.0) concerns the secondary structure prediction. The Mfold program is not necessary anymore and has been replaced by OligoArrayAux. Thanks to Nick Markham & Michael Zuker (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY) for providing this new package.
